❖ ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to kindergarten.

❖ ECFE is based on the idea that parents are children’s first and most important teachers. ECFE works to support you as a parent/caregiver to strengthen and empower your family. During ECFE, the parents and children will interact with each other in the classroom. After a short circle time, parents will engage in conversations about child development with an ECFE parent educator while the children stay in the classroom with staff.

❖ Classes meet at Pipestone Elementary in Pipestone, MN. Parents can park in the east parking lot and enter the doors of the new elementary building door 38. All parents will need to check into the office to receive a badge. ECFE will be in Ms. Dawn Samuelson’s room which is number A115.

❖ All families with preschool children are welcome to participate. First priority is given to families residing in the Pipestone Area School District.

❖ ECFE will be FREE for the 2023-2024 school year!

❖ Listen to KLOH for weather-related announcements. If school is two hours late there is NO ECFE.

❖ We are taking registrations for Little Arrows Preschool for the 2024-2025 school year. Call Kristie at
